Library cards are free to Manchester residents. For others, non-resident fees apply. A yearly, single non-resident membership is $35, and a household membership is $65. These amounts reflect Manchester taxpayers’ per capita costs to support the Library. At this time we can only accept checks or cash as payment for membership.

You will need to come to the Library in person to get a library card (although one member of a household may get cards for other household members). You may be asked to provide proof of address.
