Directions & Parking

Mark Skinner Library is located at the intersection of Route 7A and West Road in Manchester Village, Vermont. Access to the parking lot is on West Road, behind the library. On-street parking is available on West Road and on Seminary Avenue.

From the south on Route 7A: Just past the Equinox Resort, Route 7A angles right as it intersects Seminary Avenue and West Road. Make the slight left onto West Road, pass the Library, and turn right into the parking lot.

From the north on Route 7A: At the 7A-Seminary Road-West Road intersection, make a sharply angled backward-right turn onto West Road, and then right into the Library parking lot.
